Order Cancellations and Return Policies
Cancellation Policy:
Please know that you have 48 hours to cancel any made-to-order items for a full refund.
Cancellations after 48 hours, there will be a 25% material fee (75% of order total will be refunded).
Orders cancelled within 7 days of estimated shipping date will receive a 50% material and production fee (50% of order will be refunded).
Given the handmade nature of each item, and the time and expense that goes into making each item, it is not economically feasible for me to have a relaxed cancellation policy. I hope you understand! Return Policy:
At this time, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have already been shipped / received by customers.
That said, I stand behind my work and will only ship out the highest quality quilts! Please reach out directly if you feel there is an issue or the quilt is defective in any way.
Shipping Policies
Domestic US Shipping Policy:
All quilts ship via USPS Priority Mail. Honey Fibers is not responsible for orders lost or damaged in transit. Adding Insurance is an option with each order for an additional $25 which will cover the entire cost of the order.
International Shipping Policy:
On international orders, you are responsible for any customs or duty fees. The shipping charge will be automatically calculated at checkout, and there is an added insurance option with each order for an additional $25 which will cover the entire cost of the order.
