Community Quilts for Gaza

To enter to win one of the community quilts, a minimum donation of $10 is required. The first quilt being raffled is 30" x 40", pictured on this page and more information below! Please use the friends/family option when donating, so none of it is lost to taxes.

To keep entry information, names and emails organized, I will be using the Honey Fibers PayPal account for donations. Your donation will need to be submitted via the Donate Now button at the top of this page. The winner will be contacted directly via the email used for the PayPal donation.

Open worldwide. Winner will not pay shipping, but will be responsible for any import duties or fees if the quilt is shipped internationally. (I am not familiar with import duties outside of the US, so please let me know if you need help finding out more information on them!)

I will post regular updates on this page of all donations coming in, including receipts of all donations transferred to humanitarian aid organizations. I will include screenshots of my PayPal account and screenshots/receipts to account for every single dollar donated. 

The aid organizations we will be supporting with this community quilt project are Ele Elna Elak and Palestinian Children's Relief Fund (PCRF). Thanks to the support of dozens of fiber artists, we collected over 200 blocks for this community quilt project! That means I will be making FOUR quilts over the next couple months! All four quilts will be used to raise funds for Gaza humanitarian aid, and your donation will enter you into all four giveaways. 

So, if you donate once, you will be entered to win one of the four. 

The first quilt in this community quilt fundraiser is a small quilt, 30" x 40". Perfect for a wall hanging or a baby/crib size! It is made up of 12 log cabin blocks, stuffed with wool batting, and backed with a pieced summer linen. The quilt will be hand quilted, and I will update more photos of it below as progress is made!
