Order Cancellations and Return Policies

Made to Order Quilt Cancellation Policy:

Please know that you have 48 hours to cancel any made-to-order items for a full refund. 

Cancellations after 48 hours, there will be a 25% material fee (75% of order total will be refunded). 

Orders cancelled within 7 days of estimated shipping date will receive a 50% material and production fee (50% of order will be refunded). 

Given the handmade nature of each quilt, and the time and expense that goes into making each item, it is not economically feasible for me to have a relaxed cancellation policy. I hope you understand! Ready-to-Ship Cancellation Policy: 

All orders will ship out within 5 business days. You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Once the item has left the shop it is no longer eligible to be cancelled.

Return Policy:

At this time, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have already been shipped / received by customers. 

All sales are final

That said, I stand behind my work and will only ship out the highest quality quilts and ready-to-ship items! Please reach out directly if you feel there is an issue with your order, and I will do whatever I can to make it right.
