Shipping Policy

Domestic US Shipping Policy - Quilts:

All quilts ship for free via USPS Priority Mail. Honey Fibers is not responsible for orders lost or damaged in transit. Adding Insurance is an option with each order for an additional $25 which will cover the entire cost of the order. USPS Priority mail comes standard with $100 coverage, so purchasing additional insurance is highly recommended. 

Domestic Shipping Policy - Ready-to-Ship Items:

There is a flat rate shipping charge of $10 for all orders under $150 unless otherwise noted on the product description. All orders over $150 ship free.

All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking information provided. USPS Priority mail comes standard with $100 coverage.

Damages:

Honey Fibers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. All packages are shipped with USPS Priority Mail, which is insured up to $100. Additional insurance is an option, and is guaranteed by the US Postal Service.

International Shipping:

I am not currently shipping internationally. Stay tuned while I work out the best way to offer international shipping soon!
